bsnl data card

Please bring it as early as possible as I am thinking of buying a bsnl data card for unlimited gprs. It should be edge enabled and the national roaming should be allowed it will give you revenue loss but will be convenient for the customer.Its price should be below Ra 3300 and the unlimited internet should be provided below monthly change of RS 230.00 on which BSNL is providing.

Tata’s claim of highest speed broadband

i too agree that Tata’s claim of highest speed broadband is overhyped. I myself have bought photon+ and the highest (download)speed i have enjoyed till now is only around 1.2 Mbps!! And also the “fastest broadband” can not even play a youtube video without a hang though the speed in the “huewai access manager” shows 100kbps to 500kbps constanly!! Not to mention about the sucking tariff plans…everybody at first believes the the usage capacity to be “download” capacity. I have a 2GB(Rs.750) usage plan which means i get around 68MB everyday to “use” which is about normal surfing(without any heavy downloads) of around 3-4 hours a day!! Unfortunately Tata does not give any money back within like 10-15 days if not satisfied with the services. Now i wanna return the photon+ as i feel it was better to surf in the cafe which was 500 mtr away from my house with “Rs.10/hr, with unlimited dnld, with speed of around 200-250kbps(real), and smooth youtube videos”…

SHAME ON TATAs

I am absolutely astonished to see soo many ppl facing the same issue as mine.That too all over india!! What a SHAME ON TATAs!
I have been without internet for 1.5 months now and launched complaints on 30th June,13th,21st,26th,29th july,1st aug and 10th aug…
To my horror everytime i raise the complaint it gets closed stating that the problem has been resolved( by the filed engineer.. Mr.gopinath. (i even remeber the name now!! )while i have never met/spoke to this person. Nobody attended to the complaint but still the status of the complaint is closed and resolved!!
After 1,1/2 months of frustration i dont have an option now but cut the link with these useless bustards! Inaddition to losing my money and time , i went through so much of pain and frustration much like all you guys!!
Man without any doubt… TATA INDICOM SUCKS even more than that of bush’s as_shole!!
I still dont understand ..how on earth will a company close the complaits without verifying it with its customers.????!!!
