tata indicom plug 2 surf
Dear friends,
I purchase a tata indicom plug 2 surf in starting of november 2007 and started using it from 6 th november 2007 . 2 days back i received my bill for the period from 6-11-2007 to 14-11-2007 and amount comes to 1257 minutes whereas the log shows only around 80 minutes of usage . THE BILLING IS 15 TIMES MORE THAT OF ACTUAL USAGE .I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THE FRAUD BILLING OF TATA INDICOM ONLY NOW. When i contacted the customer care , they give some stupid replies like that there billing is accurate etc etc. Till now no action has been taken from there end , I THINK STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST TATA INDICOM WHO IS OPENLY CHEATING THE PUBLIC BY THEIR FRAUDULENT BILLING . APART FROM THIS , THE SERVICE IS HOPELESS , MOST OF THE TIME YOU GET ERROR 721 AND SPEED IS WORST
SO MY ADVICE TO ALL OF YOU . NEVER BUY TATA INDICOM

hi everyone.i have been using tata indicom plug 2 surf since aug,2008.it has very less speed.we cant surf happily.when we use a website which is very popular,it takes long time to open the page.some times you get "cannot find server" even for unpopular sites.so,i tell you dont buy tata indicom.
