TATA Connection

I am using a TATA Connection for the last Years. I am also using Airtel. Tata is fast than Airtel. But Tata’s Customer Service is Pathetic. There Help-Line numbers are busy most of the times. Today, I got an interesting reply when I called there Chandigarh Help-Line Number 0172-2236108/109.
An automated response:
“This facility has been withdrawn from the Dialed Number”
I then called there Toll Free Number 1800 209 7070 but it was busy. I called them almost 5 times on there Toll Free Number, but each time there was an engage tone. Tata has found a very innovative way to keep Customer Complaints at Minimum. Close Help Lines Numbers.
Another Customer Service Milestone acheived today….!
