Tata indicom prepaid mobile services

Tataindicom prepaid mobile services is deducting at their own will without obtaining permission @ Rs30/- late at night from my mobile No 9239270961. I have registered a complain and is being told to get reply withing 8 hours but nothing has been done/heard.Will you please help me to get justice ?

Yesterday (08 May 2010) i recharged my 2 prepaid number (9278037857,9255446800)with 100/- each and debit 1 post paid number (9215546800) with 238/- using your website tataindicom.com.
Amount (100,100,238) of all 3 numbers are credited from my ICICI acount while Neither my prepaid number get recharged nor my pospaid number get debited till now.

When i called number of times to customer care executive, Every time i get number of replies like:

-After 15-20 min this will be recharged/debited
-Please Switch On/Off your mobile.
-This will be done in next 48 hour
-They also disconected the phone after listening the query etc.

Finally i mailed to customercare.haryana@tatatel.co.in.Lets see what they replied now.
