Tata indicom(VSNL) Broadband

Hi

I recently bought this Tata indicom(VSNL) Broadband. And I would like to advice everybody to never do this mistake of
selecting this ISP. Firstly they took more than 20 days to install broadband. And after 1 month still I am unable to connect.
And the tech. supp. helpline as they call it. have just one answer when I call them.. Sir pls. wait for 24 hrs..... I
wonder what does 24 hrs means to tata indicom VSNL Broadband.
