it is a matter of great shame that despite a few thousand reminders the connectivity problem has not been rectified from 15 July 2006 till date , To add salt to our injury your billing department harrases us by asking us to make payment. When the service itself has not been provided where is the question of payment? Instead thy prefer to blackmail us by cutting off even the telephoning technical assistance and complaint sevice and insist on payment,
please not while normally we hate to take to take legal course your callous attitude has forced us to do having left with no other option.We are aghast that how many consumer like us are suffering by the callous attitude of your management.
