TATA INDICOM IS PROMPT IN MAKING 1000 CALLS TO ASK FOR PAYMENT

Even I would like to share the agony I had to face getting a Broad band connection.
TATA INDICOM IS PROMPT IN MAKING 1000 CALLS TO ASK FOR PAYMENT BUT DOES NOT BOTHER TO MAKE ONE CALL TO ATTEND A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT REQUEST
I got connection on 20 oct 2006 and accessed the internet for 2 days.It was really good.Sudddenly no connection from DAY 3 and we logged a COmplaint with Customer CAre.
It took them 20 NOV 2006 to come home to see the Connection.They then told us that connection is rectified but account in INACTIVE..
It came like a BOLT OUT OF A BLUE SKY..We had no connection but ended up paying 800 Rs for the Bill for which no reminder call was made to us, NO HARD COPY OF BIll Etc..
THey have promised a discount in the bill as we did not have the connection.. BUT GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT THEY WOULD DO…
I dont know How people can market their products when they dont have the sufficient man power to handle the enormous business..
its not enough for TATA to enter into business in all secotrs, quality of CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS A LOT!
