My experience with TATA INDICOM

My experience with TATA INDICOM has been frustrating to be the least. i will never take broadband from it again.
My account shows 30 MB left and these people wouldnt let me use it. If I try to open a website it routes to their website asking to recharge.
I have paid for every MB i have bought,its my right to use it? how can they stop me? where are the customer rights? is there any way for redressal of my grievance.

I have been frustrated beyond explanation to get my connection back after some fault in my area. The engineers are the "Ghosts who Walk". You dont see them (work) at all. But you keep hearing about them from the Customer Support all the time. They work only 10-6. (I too would like to work there at any cost)

After chasing the customer support ( a misnomer), I tried to find out if there are any other numbers where you can air the complaint.

Not surprisingly, no such number existed. Always go to customer support.

I started off by calling their head office who gave me couple of numbers to start. Following the lead, I managed to get some more numbers and names. Here they are:
