I had applied for a broadband connection in prepaid. I was told that night unlimited plan is free with that scheme. for that only reason I've applied for that inspite of an advice from my friend not to apply for it telling me it was not activated after nearly a month. I applied for it and sales person says customer care people will activate shortly and customer care people says sales person will contact me once it is activated. They are cheating by giving false promises. When I try the sales person in his mobile he either cuts the call or switches off his mobile. I was told that as per their policy no refund will be given & I asked if its their company policy not to keep up their promise, the reply is they understand the situation, But unable to do anything.
