It takes 3 to 4 days to get a response on an e mail

This are the contents of a letter I had to write when my upgrade to Infinity 1 Mbps turned into a nightmare. The problem is no service provider is better than what they are. I have had exactly similar problems with Airtel. They are really keen on getting the money without doing the job. Our government though it taxes us would not allow forgien players to come in to protect these looters.

Well if yesterday was bad today was worse. If this is the level of service I am going to recieve its as bad as it can get. Paying your company more has got me into more trouble.
I was getting something like 500 to 550 Kbps (kilobits per second) yesterday which was fine according to my previous plan. The plan which was supposed to have been activated was Infinity 1 Mbps. I got proper speed something around 800 to 900 Kbps for an hour or so in the morning today but after that my speed has plummeted to 50 to 100 Kbps.
I understand that I am to get something like “upto 1 Mbps” and not 1 Mbps exact. Does that mean because I am paying Rs 3600 a month now, I am not even gaurenteed a 512 Kbps that I used to get for Rs 1850. If that is the case then your company has cheated a customer who has bought the best you could give.
I talked to an agent on sunday 1/7/2007 when the plan was supposed to have been changed to 1 Mbps. The case number is 2838812. I called the local Tata engineer around 2 when the issue had worstened. He was no even aware that there was a problem which could only mean that the issue was not escalated. I called the technical support service again. I talked to someone called Om. He just said that the issue was being worked upon and would take time to resolve. Unsatisfied I asked him to let me talk to his supervisor. He blatently told he was the seniormost person available and his manager was in a meeting. How do you employ and then make a stammering oaf a supervisor ? A person so rude and apethtic shouldn’t even talk to people who are paying Rs 120 per day for internet connection from you.
This is an excess on me. If I sum things up from my side, ever since I opted for an upgrade the connection kept on failing every other day. I have called almost every second day since I applied for the upgrade. Then the upgrade did not happen on the promised day that makes sure I pay Rs 60 without any reason to you. I call up your customer service and they waste my time explaing that I should accept the speeds of my previous plan without question. Furthermore a whole 24 hours after the complaint the engineer does not even know that the issue exists. To cap it all the speed I am getting goes down to a tenth of what I should get, a fifth of what I was getting. Worse than anything that has happened since when I call to find out why the engineer never came to know of the problem, I am told by your Supervisor and Senior most member Om most apethtically that the issue is being looked into. To get all this royal treatment a TATA customer pays Rs 3600 a month.
Why do you people have a sham of customer service in here. This is what you call customer service. Do you know the meaning of serving a customer. The way you do it the moment I get a better option I will jump into another boat. It takes 3 to 4 days to get a response on an e mail. There is absolutely no action if I call. I get to talk to people who don’t even know how to talk. Every call centre everywhere in the world has supervisors to handle situations which the agents don’t or can’t or mess up. At your place they simply won’t talk to customers who provides their bread and butter.
I am certainly going to go back to my previous plan if this goes on and I want a refund on whatever extra I had to pay. This is shameless cheating and it better be resolved here than me having to take extreme actions.
I want a reply to this mail if you were hoping to ignore it.
