Dear Mr. Rajmane,
We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We have verified our records and found that your account balance is Rs.1117/- left in your account. We would like o inform you that, there will be no refund for the Prepaid Broadband connection. In this mean while we would like to inform you that, you can utilize your amount by using Dial up back up. Your Dial up service automatically gets activated when you register for the broadband service. In case the dial up service is not activated by default, you need to activate the same. For activation of dial up service go to the website/My Account/My Services and choose Dial up activation. The password for accessing the Dial up service is same as the broadband access password.
Once you have activated the Dial up service (if not already default activated), you need to download the Tata Indicom Internet dialer. Click here to download
After downloading the dialer you can start using the same for accessing the Internet.
For more information please find the FAQ’s Link for Dial up back up:

We will be delighted to assist you.
Warm Regards,
Madhu,

Tata Indicom officials are really shameless. I am having problems since last 1 month. Every 4 days my complaint is clsed with the remark that their engineer has certified that the problem is resolved. Every 4 days I have to lodge a new complaint.
There is no escalation mechanism. You cannot get past the call centre.
I think, it is time for The Government to withdraw the license of Tata Indicom
