I never faced such a worst connection like Tata indicom & useless ppl there. I have taken 4 months plan & paid the money, it was really good for 15 days after that it stopped working i gave a complaint no action was taken for 1 month & finally one day it started wrking. i called them for cancellation the answer they gave is really pathatic words ” we cnt refund your money if u want u can cancell our ppl wnt come to collect router u have to submit in office”……………………..NEVER EVER GO WITH TATA BROADBAND CONNECTION.

I think TRAI should take some action on these kind of service since these people are cheating the customers.
My problem is like from past 20 days I don't have connection and everyday I am following up with worst customer executives
Guys I am really angry at TATA Sales.
When I switched from SIFY to TATA 256 unlimited Plan, the Sales guy was told and shown that in my place(home), me and my wife have to get 2 PCs sharing this Plan. I was promised that would be no problem. Its 6 weeks now and we are suffering as only one PC is On line. The Sales guy wont come On line, the CSA says this is not possible, and that we should get our Hardware guy. The Hardware guy is at loggerheads as again the SALES guy said I had to pay one time charges to TATA only and that we did not need to pay for the last mile connectivity to the Hardware guy, read Cable Operator. BUT within a week the Cable guy is at my doorstep, demanding his share, which I had to give as I am 100% dependent on Internet.
Now what sort of Policy is this? total contradiction and lies. Please someone help me and explain how do I share the PCs. I will appreciate this a lot. Thx

Horrible customer service, I had signed up for their prepaid unlimited internet service through their website https://services.vsnl.net/new/buy_online.jsp
its has been 10 days since I signed up and till now I have not received my starter kit.. I dont know what to do...
