I called Bangalore’s Customer Support Head (So called) and this is what he said “Mr. Hari, Let’s Part If you are not satisfied with our service!” Shame, to hear such a pathetic statement….BSNL is the BEST!
Tataindicom Broadband will not exist to see the trendz of Broadband with such CRM!!!
