IT is LOOT PURE AND~SIMPLE
I fully agree with all othres. TATA-VSNL as it is available in Delhi….AVOID IT….the connection is NEVER AVAILBLE when you need it ESPECIALLY on holidays when you work from home. I did complain to them. After trying to fool me off for days a guy called up to feel sorry that no electricity backup is available for the system in my area(Vikaspuri) and assured me they are trying to put one soon. I am still without a connection today and here I am sending it from good old MTNL free connection. IT is LOOT PURE AND~SIMPLE. How could they sell me a connection that was only half installed and without a power backup.

Tata indicom broad band service is too harrifying. Donot opt for it.
I had brought a tata indicom USB sought of ISP but its been not activated since 15 days. No response from customer care too, They say that address is not correct inspite of having a Tata indicom landline. What a kind of horrfying fools hired by Ratan Tata & CO.
