I took 128 infinity Tatabroadband connection

I took 128 infinity Tatabroadband connection, i am running internet cafe on this connection. Now 250 infinity also avilable in the market this is the reason i requested them to change my bandwidth 128 to 256.
every time i make a call to cust care they are giving request numbers,if i raise my voice then they are giving complaint numbers but still i din’t get 256 bandwidth, not only this if any problem is from their side when i rang up cust care exec are giving response like sir i think you need to delete your cookies and check your lan cable like this response.
really i fed up with tatabroadband

iam unfortunate postpaid customer of TATABROADBAND service,Chandigarh.The staff never cares to lift phone nor properly informs customer either by mail to chanukyagv@eth.net or alternative ID chanukyagv@yahoo.co.in about billing details nor by phone.It has become duty/burden on my part to call them to find out how much i have to pay.The customer care phone number you have provided is a big joke,2236108.IVRS says approximate time to attend call is 10 minutes irrespective whether it is day time or night time.You people always seems too busy even to reach your own customer.A voice comes callously saying you can try after some time,and if we believe it will be the same,saying time to attend your call is 10 minutes.Even if we hang on for more than 10 minutes the same automatic response blurting the greatness of your service comes,and never your 'GOD customer care executive' attends the call.The other numbers, the office has given are 5535923-6,22361095074313 and they never work.Phone keeps on ringing but no one picks up. Also whenever internet is not functioning,the same tactic you people employ-IVRS saying wait for 10 minutes,stopped me calling altogether because i prefer not to waste my phone money for simply hanging around for your response for 10-15 minutes.Rather i prefer to check on computer when the connection is restored.This month i have neither received Email nor phone call on my contact numbers about the bill.So ive called up your 'GODS sitting at customer care' and could not found response.You are so worst service providers that you dont even care to note the number of customer calling you and call him back when he hangs up the phone in exasperation.
I regret why i have taken your connection.I think you are suchkind like that you are going to simply dump this email.

ID kunalkapoor26 for tatavsnl broadband connection. Fed up with connection of tatavsnl broadband. I took connection with 4 months advance. Thereafter, in spite of number of complaints to the customer care through e-mail, I am unable to get correct bill. I have wasted lot of my precious time and serviously thinking of getting rid of this connection if tried last time and not heard on time.

I am a very unsatisfied customer of TATAINDICOM BROADBAND customer. the company is damaging the internationaly famous name of great TATA.
I suggest that do not be a customer of tata broad band inspite of their great false promisses.

I too having 128 infinity tatabroadband, but the service of the company is WORST. Their site does not accept payment thro online though there are links to pay thro credit card and online banking.
they even do not have collection points in the city except their begumpet office and for their failure to send collection agent they disconnect causing loss to the customers. they do not care about inconvenience to them. this is biggest mistake i made to trust the TATA group name.
