After getting pre-paid Tata Indicom broadband connection in Pune

I am also in same boat.. After getting pre-paid Tata Indicom broadband connection in Pune.. it worked for few days and its broken despite of making several calls to customer service (Its shame that they call it as “customer service”)

Does anyone knows procedures of taking this matter to consumer court ? Please let me know
