Tata indicom is so pathetic
i had opted for tata indicom broadband on 22 march, 2006 in pune. The feasibility was already done and the go ahead was given. so i paid them the money and was told that the connection would be done within 15 days. when nothing happened after 15 days i tried to contact the executive who had taken money from me, but he never picked up the phone. then i made numerous complaints to their call centre, but as usual there were just assuarances and absolutely no feedback. Then i visited their head office in pune, and after much following up i was told that the connection is actually not possible at my place. so i made a demand for refund on 15 may 2006, and was told that i would get the refund within seven days. Its been a month now and as always no response from them.
Tata indicom is so pathetic they take customers money and neither do they give the connection nor the money back . i have sent them a notice demanding refund along with the interest, but there is no answer to that also.
Is there any place where i can file a case of fraud against these people. PLEASE HELP, I THINK WE SHOULD TEACH THEM A LESSON ONCE AND FOR ALL.
