1 month tata broadband service

I am a double fool since I discontinued my 1 month tata broadband service but was sweet talked into getting a 3 month extension.
Well its been a week and even though I have renewed the pack I am not getting any link up . Calling up the service is of no use cuz fter being kept on hold for 15-20 mins at a time the f*cking cust rep says sir I have forwarded the complaint but can’t commit when it’ll be released.
Well I am planning to sell their router and cut all their wires and sell that to the scrap dealers till I am not able to recover my money.
