TATA Indicom Bangalore

Dear Friends,
Can you help us…
I booked a Broadband Internet Connection to TATA Indicom Bangalore through their Dealer MARK NETSOLUTIONS….on 26.04.2006 and today is 25.05.2006 but I didn’t get the connection.
I tried all my level best to get the same or get my monet back…. but these people are so Ugly & Dirty that they are not ready to talk… I booked complain so many times…
What to do…. If you know any body Chief or Executive officer,,,please let me know…
