God help us from Tata Indicom!

I join the list of customers geting duped by Tata Indicom Broadband.
I paid up the prepaid aount to some “Pramod Kamble” from Evision, Pune. This guy coneniently gave me the number of his senior, as his number. On calling them, they say that providing connections is not theor responsibility, they are just payment collectors!
The installation guy came and brought a wire to my house within 4 days. After that, he has disappeared.
When I call the call center, after putting me on hold for 10 minutes, they tell me that they are unable to check the status of my connection! Always promise to escalate the matter to their seniors but never get back.
Noone responds to the mails sent at the customer care center either.
