very very bad experience with Tata Indicomm Broad band connection

I have had a very very bad experience with Tata Indicomm Broad band connection.

Most of the time the Internet connection used to be down.Each time i had to call customer care and lodge a complaint,they would rectify it in 2 days time and it would be down the very next day after rectification.

Fed up with the service and having lost considerable money , decided to close the connection.
As a experienence would never recommend Tata Indicomm broadband to anyone i know
