I have take 2 connections in warangal from Tata and this sucks

I have take 2 connections in warangal from Tata and this sucks … Tata office in warangal says they donot know about broadband and each time i have to make a call to hyd to get the status … I got disconnected after 3 months and seems like tata is not aware of this problem each time i call them .. i am so frustated with their customer service… i stringly suggest not to go with them..
