no response, worst service possible.

i paid for the connection on 27th may,2006…
the sales rep told me i’ll get a connection at most by 1st june, but today is 16th june,and still no connection…
have called there customer care n number of times…
no response, worst service possible.
lets spread the word around about there pathetic service and save other people…
and can anythin be done legally against them
