Hi, i am a new user of tata indicom wireless service. I joined just a week back and i must confess that this has been the worst service i have ever come across. Firstly i was promised to get my connection within a day and even after conitinous following up from my part it took them more than 3-4 days to install and now on top of that once the connection is in place the speed that i am suppose to get i am not even geting half of it. Please note i am spending Rs2500 every month for 1 mbps of speed, which is not even close to what i am getting. And thirdly worst part when i got a call from the call center confirming my details and installation date, i just asked him whether i could complain to him regarding the service and he was not just very rude to me but dint even reply to my question, infact he hung the phone on me. I believe Tata indicom does record all the convesation. I would request and advice them to look into this matter.

If possible i would like to discontinue and get my money back.
Also i ll make sure everyone knows what experience i had for that i ll contact all the mediums of communication including newspapers and facebook.
I would advice and request you to take some action about your service so that no one else goes through the same experience.
