I insured my car

I insured my car from TATA AIG.The agent of the company offered a car vaccum cleaner as the discount on Rs,7790/=
premium.I got the policy document but not the vaccum cleaner.The company says the team who gave the offer has left the company so we can help you.Even they do not respond the phone calls.This is cheating in planned way.
