u cannot complain to TRAI

Hi,
I have read your comments and i assume we are all in the same boat. I am a parsi, so the name Tata is pretty big and renowned in our community. But before blaming tata’s, Blame YOURSELF. We are all unfortunately Indians,(atleast i am) If someone counters that its a parsi company, id say yes but 99.9% of personel is non-parsi.Those really handling it include tons of hindus, muslims, christians, jains etc etc…basically thats not the point.The point is we indians have 0% work ethics, 0% responsiblities and 0% accountablity. You must all be fuming at what i said but i have reason to argue.
I applied for a 256 kbps connection with a fixed ip on the assurance all internet ports would be open, the executive came so fast to collect the cheque it wasnt funny, over and above he promised me a connection the next day as i had my wiring done. The tech who came the next day to install was fresh outta Jetking,”INDIA’S Premium Hardware School” He did not know his head from his tail and he was shocked to know he could not login to my account as someone had not typed in my info..lol. We waited for 7 hrs for someone was typing in my info at the other end and was actually conversing with him at the other end but to no avil…He left after that.After he left, i called up my executive and told him the same. He said he would look into it and get back to me within 10 mins..
Unfortunately the hero forgot to switch off his phone (typically dumb indian) and started talking to his colligues in how he got a 256 kbps static ip client and how he will retain him even though it will take him 2 weeks to complete the procedure.I was pretty amused at the same, seriously..:) Knowing its a typical indian fuckup, i sent an sms and email to cancel my connection.Since i assumed i knew it was indian at the other end, i did a stop payment the very next day. Today, i must have got abut 12-14 missed calls from him regarding my payment not being cleared. From my contacts inside vsnl, i found out that once the ip had been assigned it was locked for 1 yr with the registrant. It seems our typical indian hero did not inform his seniors about my disconnection, nor checked his email, nor did the support staff or customer care inform him of the same.
Now our retaining hero has to spend Rs.2000 on his own expense as my cheque has not gone through. I am pretty sure he must be calling back to assure me of the good services he can offer. Maybe if he was a lil more responsible, honest in his work, had better wotk ethics and customer relation skills…and oh yes…common sense to switch off his cell phone then he could have avoided the situation. I guess i shall play with him for the next 2 weeks and see how he would retain me
Btw…it makes no sense for you guys to send letters to support/customer care cause you have a typically dumb team of indians who would be MAYBE replying back with stupid things like clear your cache, remove your ethernet wire or the famous line “our connection is fine, please change your lan card”..hahahaha
Btw, u cannot complain to TRAI..it does not take individual complaints against ISP’s. The onyl legal recourse is you need to complaint to the consumer court in a class action suite where a group of not less than 10 should submit complaint sets as a group on common points/grounds. Consumer courts take arund 2 months to get dates compared to 5 yrs in a civil court (Therefore if u kill your tata executive, rest assured you could be hanged after 5 yrs
I will not file any suite against any isp as it does not bother me as i keep on changing them like i change clothes and also i plan to migrate very soon. I think if you pay per month, change isps and make a class action suite you guys would be better well off in this country. Till then study well and leave this place as you spoil your health with high BP
I am a graduate in commerce, MBA in IT (diploma),IGNIIT MSCD,MCSE,RHCE and am also CCNA certified. If you have any views, please post them on this blog and i shall try to reply back as soon as possible.

“This is a real rip off!” “What a scam!” You may repeat these statements every time when you are not pleased with the quality of goods or the customer service of this or that company. But do not shout into the open air. Do something that really works. Submit complaints. On the web site www.pissedconsumer.com, you can post all the problems and misunderstandings that happened to you in any company of the world. PAST 45 DAYS I AM FACING LOT OF PROBLEM IN MY BROADBAND CONNECTION CONNECTION LOST FOR 2 TO 3 DAYS CONTINUESLY .EVEN I RECIEVED 26 DAYS OF DOWNTIME CREDIT FOR MY CONNECTION LOST FROM TATA BROADBAND CONNECTION.AND I PAID THE ADVANCE AMOUNT FOR 5 MONTH.STILL I AM FACING AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM AFTER MEETING TO THE HEAD Mr SARVANNA & AREA MANAGER Mr.SARAT IN CHETPET OFFICE CHENNAI.

PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO FOR THIS PROBLEM TO BE RECTIFY. BECAUSE OF THIS CONNECTION LOST I LOST MY MANY BUSSINESS PROPOSALS INCOMES.

1 HOUR OR 2 HOUR IS SENCE BUT 2 DAYS & 3 DAYS CONNECTION LOST IS TOTALLY NONSENSE.PLEASE HELP ME.

Hey,

I jus got myself a Tata unlimited postpaid connection but it never seemed to work rt from the 1st day. I had 2 call customer service everyday & these assholes keep disconnecting me.I hve had this connection for 8 days now & I must have cald customer service n number of times & had 3 tech visits. I had to eveytime release/renew IP to get connected,sometimes which worked.I had ordered for a dynamic connection but seems it doesnt change so I dont know what they did.I am myself a network admin but this seems to defy logic.I have now written a mail for getting this terminated.Pls suggest if there is any recourse if they charge me for disconnection.

What you people say is correct.These ISP company workers and managemement all alike. they never care about the customer who is paying for them.One of reliance guy dared to scouded me for his fault.
Any way we have to live them.

I have tata broadband connection it doesn't have connectivity at all. No one contacts me on this nor any one is bothered if I disconnect. Please suggest as I am tired & cheated as this service is fraud

Tata Indicom is cheating customers in every possible way. They deliberately delay the Photon+ activation/installation so that they can charge lumsum amount in the name of pro-rata even after offering free 10GB data. No one explains you what is pro-rata and how the bill will be calculated and you get a shock when you receive the first bill. After getting a connection @ Rs.4000 and using it for only 6 days Tata Indicom has barred my connection and slapped a bill of Rs.15000 even after I used below the 10 GB limit. Can anybody guide me where I can get justice?

I am among the few idiot cocks, impressed by the television advertisement of TATA SKY.It took only 1 day install the tv,dish and set top box, after requesting online. Comparing to other DTH services, it is more expansive. It has less channels(60 or 57) in base pakage. It is more tough to talk to the customer care(0406606633). After 10minutes of instruction, you may have to wait 1hour to catch them. But they will try to attract you for subscribing their add-on pakages, which will cost more.DISH TV, AIRTEL DTH,RELIANCE is offering more channels in same price. So, avoid buying TATA SKY.

I AM HAVING TATA INDICOM LIFE TIME FREE CONNECTION AND RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL CALLS EVERY 30 MINUTES AND 15 SMS PER DAY
THIS HAS MENTALLY AFFECTED ME AND WISH TO DISCONTINUE AS SOON AS THE AMOUNT I HAVE PAID IS OVER
TO HELL WITH TATA INDICOM

TATA the name that itself spells that is "BIE-BIE". I had a Indicom net data unlimited connection from six months. When-ever I was in roaming it was working well but at my residence it hadrly connected or if connected dropped in few seconds. When ever I complain regarding unable to connect their customer care tell their is no problem in network. Lastly I asked a service engineer,they sent too. After checking the service engineer and the coustomer care confirmed that my residence does not come under their coverage area and they have no plan to improve the signal in this area. It is 100% cheating to sell a DATA connection to non-coverage area.I lost the investment on the modem as well as mental peace. How to complain to TRAI against cheater.
I have already said indicom to TATA, BIE -BIE.
Can any body tell me the way to coplain to TRAI.

why we people always try to find out that a person take the flag and we follow? why we should take some solid action against the company and then posted our experiances? remember that if we can unite and raise our voice against the misleading and lies after that some actions will be taken by the bloodsuckers
