tata indicom broadband

am having an incredibly frustrating time with tata indicom broadband here in bangalore. its been down for the past month and the call cenrtre has no idea what the status is and when it will be corrected. i am tired of wasting time and money calling up the call centre to receive pre programmed answers and zero responses to emails.
can anyone help me with an email address of someone in tata indicom who can resolve this for me asap.

I too faced downtime in this period and it took 10 days to get connected again..

Still those a**h**es have not given any downtime credit .
