i want to buy a tata phone but i want to know the scheme of ur 2 years

i want to know that if i am recharge my phone once, can i make outgoing calls for 2 years or not ? i want to know the
connectivity of tata in local area of Uttranchal like ( Hardwar & Roorkee ) please reply of my query at the earliest and
one more thing that i know specially what will happen after two years when this limit of two years goes to end. can i
renew this scheme or not ? Is it free tata to tata on any type of tata service ?
