Guess I also have only negatives to add to this bunch

Hi All,
Guess I also have only negatives to add to this bunch. I had applied for a connection from Mr.Gupta in BTM 1st stage.He assured me that the connection will be up and running in 7 working days(I applied on 27-05-2006)and till date there is no connection and nobody has come to my place yet.
Called up the customer care(should have time to do this because average wait time for some “angel” to pick up the receiver varies from 10-20 min) and they did not find the details of my application in the database!
I had paid with a cheque which was cashed on 5th working day after I had submitted the application (02-06-2006) and the customer care did not have the details of the cheque either.
After repeated arguments with the customer care, a Mr.Rajesh said that he will send a mail to Bangalore office with all the details but I have not received any update(this happened on 07-06-2006 or 08-06-2006 ).
On the top of it, Mr.Gupta has now STOPPED receiving my calls!!
AFter trying his number for 2 days incessantly, somebody picked it up finally after I tried it for the 7th time in a row and said that he was out of station and had left his cell behind (the voice seemed like Mr.Gupta’s own though).
My money is gone down the drain for sure but
I would request everybody around NOT TO GO FOR TATA INDICOMM connection.
You will just end up frustrated.

worst customer experience of my lifetime

aftr paying for a connection in jan i still dont hav it. the customer service is designed to earn money on termination charges n they never reply to mails. i have decided not to use any of the tata products now on. their core activity is producing pig iron n assembling four wheel diesel run jatkas. even the software designed by TCS which runs in tata tele does not incorporate even the basic stuff. they hav n still persist with monopolizing the broadband network infrastructure in india.
