I had requested for a shift of my connection
I had requested for a shift of my connection to my new address about a month and a half back. I had made the required payments on the 20th of May . On that day I was promised that the shifting of connection would take place within a week, which I assume should have ended on the 28th of May. But that did not happen, and I called up your customer service on the 1st of June and registered a complain. One Mr. Ashwini gave me a call and told me that they had some migration problems going on and the connection would be shifted by the 6th of June. That did not happen either. I called back again on the 6th and Mr. Ashwini called me back and promised that it would be done by the 12th. Nothing happened on the 12th so I called your customer service again on the 12th and this time I was assured that it would be done by the 18th. Mr. Ashwini this time promised me that if he cannot get my connection set up by the 18th, he will refund the money I had paid to get my connection transferred. Again nothing happened on the 18th. Today is the 19th of June and I made a call to the by now famous customer service three times today and have not recieved a single feedback call thus far.
