Shame on tata indicom !!

I have been an esteemed customer of tata indicom pre-paid broadband since the last 7 months.
Since the last 6 weeks (40 days), the WAN light(on the right hand side of the modem provided to me) keeps blinking continuously every day, between 10.30/11.00 am to 6 PM or so, depriving me of internet connnectivity during this time span.

Since I have my office at home, I am therefore losing out on the most crucial hours of internet connectivity.(10.30/11.00 am to 6.00 Pm each and every day !) My repeated complaints to your customer care call centre number 033-23558282 always falls on deaf years, no action is ever taken.
I have also tried to call up engineers responsible for the broadband service in my area , Dipankar Chatterjee, have been an esteemed customer of tata indicom pre-paid broadband since the last 7 months.

I want to lodge a serious complaint against your broadband service for total deficiency of service. I have also tried to call up engineers responsible for the broadband service in my area (55 C, D.P.S Road, Kolkata 700033 Landline :033-24245896), but they just do not receive my calls. This is a line /cable problem outiside my house, which has to be rectified , but nothing is ever done to solve it.
I was once told, 2 weeks back, by a Tata Indicom /VSNL Calcutta Ultadanga office that they are currently installing a software, and the repair of my channel line can be only doen after this. Two weeks have passed since, and yet nothing has been done, the WAN light keeps blinking with unfailing regularity every day from 10.30/11.00 am to 6.00 Pm, as a result of which I just do not get any connectivity during this peak office time.

I am on a unlimited prepaid plan, where money is deducted from my account each day(around Rs.17 per day). By not having internet at day time for the last 40 days, I am therefore losing money on my prepaid plan as well.

I am also thinking of going to a consumer court and filing a case against them for this negligient service, unless my WAN light blinking is rectified within the next three four days !!
