TATA INDICOM BROADBAND connection

Taking a TATA INDICOM BROADBAND connection was the worst decision for me n my room mates..every 2nd day we had to register a complaint for no connectivity and every time the customer care have a new excuse.I want to tell all the people here that please dont take tata’s connection..you will simply regret it…..Engineers dont know how to solve the problem,customer care executives and their supervisors are too busy to talk and make just empty promises…..Please do something ….or think of some idea to teach them a lesson……
