The service sucks;

  in the present day, even government companies provide better service. The blokes are thick skinned and don’t really seem to care about customers. From my experience of dealing with Tata group of companies, things have gone from bad to worse.
Wonder how these companies & their CEOs keep getting awarded & rewarded. Ratan appears to be a decent bloke but some of his CEOs definitely need a hard kick in the pants - notably the guy running Tata Communications. Am sure, Ratan Tata is totally in the dark about what is happening at ground level.
