I have a tata broadband connection

I have a tata broadband connection.after reading the complaints on this site looks like i am not alone.
I thk customer support for tata is the worst.i really dont know how they find such “tech support”. they lie on your face.
In pune they wont trasfer calls to their manager or supervisor.
if there is a problem you have to call everyday.and the best part is they close the complaint without rectifying it. ao everytime its a new complaint and their lead time for a complaint remains less.
I really do no know how to make amends for the serious mistake.
i think the best thing remains good old dialup.
But i really really really hate tata brdband.pl my advise or request to any1 pl dont opt for it.
