Has anybody faced issue with TataIndicom connection in Bangalore

Hallo everybody,
Has anybody faced issue with TataIndicom connection in Bangalore?
If so please let me know.
I intend to file a case against Tata Indicomm in consumer forum and it would be great if you can provide me with your comments and experiences. It will help in building a better case.
