TATA Indicom broadband

Hi, I am Gautam from Bangalore. I applied for a TATA Indicom broadband 3 weeks back and yet to get the connection. I have made infinite calls to their Cust care but they pass the buck and register a complaint everytime. And Gosh!!!! it takes hell lot of a time to reach the cust care ppl. Min of 20-25 min day or night. I have claimed a refund of the advance payment I have made to them. Guys, if any of you want to file a case against them in the consumer court, lets get together and do it. Stay away from TATA.
