Tata Indicom is one of the worst ISPs if not the worst.

Hi,
Tata Indicom is one of the worst ISPs if not the worst. My connection is down since two weeks, and they have no clue when it will be up. Customer Service is pathetic to the core and they don’t bother to respond to emails. Its better to use dial up than using Tata Indicom.
I stay in RT Nagar,Bangalore. Does anyone has AirTel in this area? I really want to get rid of TataIndicom-VSNL.
