opted to go with TataIndicom Broadband
Iam based in pune,and have opted to go with TataIndicom Broadband, and applied for the same in its website . Within hours a sales exectuive approached me and assured me a connection in 15 days.It was almost one month that I have given the cheque, there is no response from the VSNL, nor the sales executive.I have repeatdely given complaints in the customer support( which is by far the worst ever service –Have to wait for 20 min to get on to the call)..
Iam not sure whether I will get a connection or not..
So guys, Please opt for another ISP but not TataIndicom..which is providing a very poor service by all standards..

dude go to consumer forum u will get justice in 6-7 days there along with all your money back with all expenses of court try it and let me know ur experience and dont forget to mention the name of executive, money, cheque number in ur in court room
