I have taken Tata Indicom on March 30th 2006. The connection was installed on 3rd May 2006. I was handed over a coupon for free gift which was a wrist watch. Till date, 23rd Jun 2006 it did not reach me.

There is no Internet connection for last 4 days. 23558282 xtn 1 would say ‘All our customer care execs are busy kindly be on hold’ after 3 minutes it says ‘please call back later’.

All my mails to: customerservice@vsnl.co.in has been read (Received Read Receipt Confirmation) but never replied. They are fleecing customer and it is a shame for Ratan Tata who is cheating the nation by heading an organization like Tata Indicom. As a customer, what can I do now? Am completely lost and feel dejected. Recently I gave up Walky telephone set. Please DO NOT TAKE TATA INDICOM. THIS IS A REQUEST TO ALL.

The Dealer who sold the connection has washed his hand off. Nilotpal Chatterjee, A TATA INDICOM executive from Kolkata does not take any call. Rajiv Guha is another sales person who would keep his cell phone switched off.
