This bludy TATA Broadband sucks

This bludy TATA Broadband sucks! We had taken a prepaid connection 1.5 months back. Now we have to get a renewal for the same. In the last 15 days, we had called customer support (Pune, 66110121) almost 6 times. Every time we waited for 10 minutes initially to listen to the same default answer “We will forward your request to the concerned department and we’ll get the renewal pack ASAP”. Meanwhile we also had sent 5 mails to customercare@vsnl.co.in. But no luck!
Now, we don’t have words to scold these buggers! We are done with everything. Finally, we are the victims. Any better ideas to screw these buggers?
Please advice me.
