Tata Indicom Broadband connection

Dont even think of taking Tata Indicom Broadband connection. They are fraud. I applied for one connection 4 months back and
till now no luck. Even i wasted 300 rupess on my cell calling customer care. There customer care sucks and alwasy says that
we have some technical problem and you will get connection within few days. They just somehow dump the customer. I finally
requested to refund my money and that also looks very difficult. Even the guys using the connection have very bad experince.
I am planning to go to consumer forum.
