Complaints related to TATA are more to do with providing connection & Customer Care
Hi All,
I have been going thru the comments posted on this site ( across various operators ) . If I have to draw conclusion out of all these complaints, following facts are obvious
1 . Complaints related to TATA are more to do with providing connection & Customer Care .
Other hand if we look at Airtel, Reliance complaints are more with fabricated bills, coupled with service issues.
I GUESS LOOTING MONEY IS MORE DANGEROUS , THINK ABOUT IT.
2. TATA related complaints have started coming in only recently, howevr for others this is been a regular story.
3. Further, as all are aware TATA’s are known for their TRUST and CREDIBILITY in the market. Think about the contributions they have made to the society IISC, Tata Resaerch , Jamshedpur, AIR-India, etc etc
What is it that Reliance & others have given to this country, instead they were looting the resources of our mother India. Tata’s wanted to start a Aircraft Manufacturing unit in India , govt had turned down thier plans ( many such issues are known to the public of India)
Another incident that has happened recently , Tata’s were forced to move out of Idea, bcoz no company is permitted to hold stakes in 2 mobile companies.This has happened hardly a month ago, but now Reliance has announced their plans to enter GSM market along with CDMA. I am sure our politicians will amend the rules for Reliance.

friends in a nutshell I am willing to give a chance to Tata Group, I know they will take care of the customers, though there are some issues at this point in time.
Tata’s makes India proud . Wish all the very best to Tata.

Forget the past,TATAS,now are big FCUKS...BE it the pig iron that they manufacture from free mines or the four wheel jatkas. the only reason they surviveis due to the govt policy of blocking foreign competition. the momoent volvo came to india, it captured entire premium segment n tatas are yet to launch a competing product. there is not a single foreign entity engaged in ISPs bcoz of the cartelization and monopolisation of the sector by none other than TATAs..... the landing stations held by the tatas is not bieng provided to ohter co's thus creating artificial shortages and high relative prices. Now,only the entry of reliance in the retail internet sector can bring down the prices......

Sub : Complain about Installation of New Broadband Connection.
Dear Sir,
We are very sorry to inform you that your Sales Executive Md. Faruq received a Cheque No. 016547 dated 22.06.2007 of Rs. 6495/- (Rupees Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Five) only from us drawn in favour of VSNL for a Tata indicom Broadband connection vide your Customer Copy No. 1102933 on 22.06.2007 and seven days letter your service man install the main cable ware from your source to our office but not to connect with our PC After 25 days more or less of making the payment we did not get the connection and then. we tried to contact Md. Faruq but we got failed to contact him, he did not receive our telephone call.
We just Shocked and contacted your customer care officer when we came to know that our order stood cancelled but from your side we did not receive any intimation stating the actual cause for such cancellation.
Next we contacted Mr. Kanjilal and informed him of our problem. On hearing he told us that our cheque will be sent by courier since our order was cancelled. But we have not got our Cheque till date. In the mean time Md. Faruq came to our office and convinced us for a new connection and after a telephonic discussion with Mr. Kanjilal with him and after signing of the Application Form he received another Cheque No. 035608 dated 30.08.2007 on Bank of Baroda , Baranagar Branch vide your Customer Copy No. 1260628 and committed us to give the connection within 4 days ie on 03.09.2007. Unfortunately till today we have neither got our connection nor received our two Cheques which are lying with you
Now our question is : why you delayed to connect the line ?
Are you try to make us full ?
Now , we are totally fade up and we don’t know what’s your business police ? Last two times you received the Cheques but you failed to provide the connection., we have thought to move with the Customer Forum and will take the matter to electronic media for telecasting the same in some widely viewed T. V. Channels. If you want to return our two Cheques then you will have to return the same with a covering letter duly signed & sealed by you, clarifying us the appropriate cause for your fault.
Now you are requested to take the matter as an urgent basis and do the needful as early as possible without any further intimation to you and oblige.
