TATA Indicom (VSNL) are providing very poor services

TATA Indicom (VSNL) are providing very poor services. Most of the times, link remains down. Customer Support is worse. If your link is down on weekends then n body will come to attend. It will be operable on Monday (If you have the good luck, otherwise god knows…)
Totally unreliable. I am the customer and I am bound to use cyber cafes dues to urgency of my work.
DO NOT TAKE TATA INDICOM BROADBAND.
Thats what I recommend to my office colleagues and friends.
