I have not understood what Mr Anand wants to say. It seems he wants to give TATA Indicom a Clean Chit, just because there are bigger crooks in the block. So in his comparison, since TATA INDICOM is a smaller crook (as he makes it sound) we should be happy with it. Mr Anand, we are not anti Tataindicom or pro reliance. We would be equally critical on whoever and whichever ISP is there with unfair customer orientation. Please note that we are not one of those students who would come back happily after failing a math test because others too have failed the test!!! Hope you understand the point. We would be critical on wherever there is our monetary stake involved.

Also I have to seek your clarification on what you mean by, “… know they will take care of the customers, though there are some issues at this point in time.” Do you think TATA INDICOM or any one would bear with us even for a day if we say that there is some issue currently with us and we will make the payment little later, shortly. ??? Why should we then bear with them?

You sound to be a TATA INDICOM loyalist or an employee and hence you are speaking Indicom’s language. Will your Tata Indicom compensate for their appalling service that they are providing even when a customer pays thoughh his nose?? Awaiting your comnent.
