Troubles with Tata Broadband

Hello All,

After tata purchased dishnet, I thought the guys are more responsible. I fed up with broadband situation in India. The guys wanted only big cheques with leased lines.

It is almost a month after paying money. I didn't still got the connection. I can't talk to any one except useless customer care.

I have got few numbers which they won't lift or allow to talk to some one inside.

25322832 is the number of vsnl. In principle I should talk to some one and they should be able to help. The receptionist will got give it but direct to useless customer care.

My channel is alloted, username created etc all useless junk I hear from customer care.

Problems with Tata Indicom

Since two months, my phone also has the same problem. Anybody who tries to call
gets the message “Out of Coverage Area". And i cannot make the outgoing call. I
am lodging complaint 5 times a day and i get the reply that it will be attended
in 24 hours. That 24 hours has not come till date. Now we should not expect
anything from TATA. If anybody is planning to go for TATA INDICOM. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
