Tata Broadband for 10 months

I too have had Tata Broadband for 10 months and for the first 6 months of that it worked fine, the occassional blip but nothing to worry about. But, since December 2008 the service has been appalling with constant drop-outs and even full days of no connection.
My business is 100% computer/internet based and as such i am losing money continuously.
Most of February and March 2009 has been a nightmare with hundreds of rupees being spent calling customer care. A note book full of complaint numbers, promises of refunds that never materialise, but even before the bill is issued they are on the telephone asking when the current invoice is going to be paid. Pity they are not as quick to respond to problems and complaints. I would have recommended Tata to anybody but, since December ‘08 i suggest other service providers to potential customers. Trouble is, as with all utility providers we cannot withhold payment because all they will do is disconnect you.
Any body got a suggestion of a good service provider who can give at least 1Mb speed unlimited before my business goes bankrupt.
Further someone must know the right channels to go through to solve this problem. I would be only too pleased to find out who.
DONT TAKE TATA or……RELIANCE either.
