tataindicom dialer

I am from chennai, One week ago I bought a tataindicom dialer (usb) internet connection. First I installed Tata indicom dialer and then I tried to install speed software (which comes with the package) while loading,got an error message unable to install it .I keep on trying and it failed..I thought it might be virus porblem becz the computer used open IE window with the different language,I did a complete system format and then I load the tata indicom dialer and the speed software too.after clicking on the tata icon ,it shows the main window,if I click on connect it says tataindicom dial has encountered a problem,needs to close ,sorry for the inconvience I uninstalled the entire program,Previously I had norton internet security firewall and mcafee..I manually removed that also,then we removed quick time..again I installed it ..still getting the same error message and it shows accompat.txt file in the error log,I deleted the temp files and then I tried accessing ..its not working…I paid RS.2900 for this product ..it is useless and not working.. I called the customer service,the executive told me it is not our software problem and I need to contact someother computer technician,(worst cust service),
if anyone know any solution..kindly send it to me…

THis is to bring to your attention that, i am the user of net beyond 6yrs right from dial-up of disnet.
Now recently Jan 28th a person calld ABASS from yr TATA SKY (which i dont know) has approached me for renewal pack.
Since i am working for a very reputed bank and i doing research projects i depend mostly on net for my projects
I have opted for Surf Power 3750 - 3 months validity - 1602.
The concerned person called ABASS - 9245819936 has come down and collected the exact appropriate cash and without delivering the pack, he promised to renew it within 30 mins - but hand overed receipt which bares s.No 6793822.
AS always when i was surfing net, i felt net speed too slow and when i checkd with TATA broadBAND- i am shocked since instead of renewal of 3 months pack of 256kps speed my connection was renewed with ONE MONTH PACK of 1-64kbs.
On realizing this fact, i immediately called Mr Abbas and claimed he promised he would rectify on 4th Feb 2008, which is yet to be turned up for him. I also called 92442-22212 where i got very hatered reply having no concern towards the customers.
Now, i have decided this to take up very severely when i am not responded immediately on this case.
I strictly warn the concerned officials for overlooking such mistakes in your organsiation where service to customers is neglected through this forum

Kajol looks so damn happy

Why do people still opt for Tata Indicom? Reading your post,i started thinking about it.I opted for it because they said it would get activated within 5 days.And Kajol looks so damn happy with her ‘high speed connection’in the ad..something i was hoping to experience when i paid,but am so far from that dream right now.
You know how they say that one shouldn’t argue with fools..they drag you down to their level,and then beat you with experience.That’s exactly what i’ve gone through since my association with tataindicom.They don’t do their work,and then insult your intelligence by saying stupid lies,which even a 5-year old can decipher the truth behind.I was actually told that the guy was in traffic and couldn’t hear me when i called him,on a landline number.This is after i called incessantly and he kept saying he would call back,and never did.So this is customer care.And,oh,the man who kept saying ‘take your money back’ deserves special mention.There i was,telling him how they’ve been squatting on my money,and how i’ve been asking for either the connection or a refund since a month,and he says “so what were you doing for a month? you should have taken your money back then only”.When i gave him an illustration of someone who i know who has been asking for his refund for a year,he says “If thats the case why did you come to Tataindicom in the first place,there must be something good about us”.These are the exact words of sunil shitole.Glad he has the word ’shit’ in his name.That’s all he is full of anyway.
The truth is,i met this person later..the waiting for refund for a year person.Oh,the price i’ve had to pay for my ignorance.
To be inefficient is one thing..to pretend like they have a right to inefficiency,as if its a Fundamental Right guaranteed by the Constitution,is another thing altogether.Never,in all my lives,have i met more confused,inefficient,intellectually incompetent,technically unsound,and arrogant people.Tataindicon seems FULL of such people.
But still,what to do?

I have been so harassed by the sheer callousness of the tataindicom people,that i have no words.Oh,actually,i have several words..none that the people i’ve spoken to will understand-because of just how mind numbingly stupid and incompetent they are.
I paid a month ago,and since then,along with 4K,i lost all peace of mind and sanity.Have been calling their office 5 times a day,and they say they’ll call back,and obviously,don’t.If i go to the office,they say go to the main office.If i go to the main office they say go to the franchisee whom i paid.Excuses like verification failed because we called your residence number(which noone answered)and came for verification,so it got delayed,are given.Tell me,does it take a rocket scientist to figure out that if noone is answering the calls,there is noone at home?? Does one have to come over to verify that??Finally,after explaining(read screaming) our pitiable history with tataindicom to 15 different(but equally dumb and arrogant) “customer care executives” ,someone came to install the thing..but he didn’t get a demo tape,and claimed that he would come back tomorrow with it.Then some sales guy who is the “senior executive” whom i had spoken to in the afternoon(whose major flaw is his inability to answer simple yes-no questions)calls and reprimands me for not signing on a blank sheet and claiming that the demo tape is not necessary for installation.If i knew the nitty gritties of what stuff is necessary for installation i wouldn’t even need them now,would i?Isn’t the installation guy supposed to know?But no,i get yelled at by this sales manager or whatever,who isn’t responsible for my case but yet is taking interest.Who asked him to? I did not.I asked to speak to someone in charge.If he came and started talking to me,for me,he is in charge.Thats when i asked him who i could speak to who IS IN CHARGE,if he claims he isn’t,which is when he says talk to the franchisees again.I’m just caught in this web of lies,deceit and undue yelling at me,i don’t know how to get out of it.I’m sure they’re not going to give a refund,i know someone who got into tataindicom 2 years ago who still hasn’t got their refund.So now i’m financially drained,intellectually insulted,and tired of this crap.

So,for the greater good of the public,i have now decided to defame tataindicom as much as possible,and stop others from getting into this mess.I googled ‘tataindicom internet service’ and came to this page.Has your friend got his/her connection? I’m looking to form a support group for the oppressed,and possibly start a mass tort against tataindicom.

NEVER TURN BACK FOR TATA INDICOM

I got the connection on 12th night (11am) of jun 2008, it works well on 13th and 14th morning. From that to till now it never worked. i had spent almost >1000min in customer care every time they saw is this “our engineers are working on it SIR” almost they had closed the complaint three times unknowingly to me i was realy shoked, no one called me up on turn to my house for rectifying the problem. When i go for termination they said the cash can’t be refunded sir, to my bad luck I had paid 4 months of amount in adv almost 5000rs is going to waste for no reason.
I had spoken with the 18 customer center guys and 3times with the supervisor and 2 times with the regional manager. But happened nothing
SO GUYS NEVER TURN BACK FOR TATA INDICOM ON ANY COST
