TATAS HAVE PUT THEIR HAND IN ALL PLACES

TATAS HAVE PUT THEIR HAND IN ALL PLACES BUT WITH NO CO-ORDINATION BETWEEN TEAMS, COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE HIGHEST AVAILABLE BANDWIDTH, BUT BECAUSE OF LACK OF SERVICE / COMMITMENT THEY WILL BE LOOSER IN ALL THE SERVICE SECTOR(INCLUDING TELECOM).
I HAD LOT OF RESPECT FOR TATA AS AN OLDEST INDIAN BUSINESS FAMILY BUT I LOST ALL BY OPTING 2 SERVICES FROM THEM.
1 IS TELEPHONE AND OTHER IS BROADBAND.
THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN OLD NON WORKING INSTRUMENTS, NON RELIABLE SERVICES AND LOT OF FRUSTRATION(FREE OF COST).
AIRTEL IS FAR BETTER AS COMPARE TO THESE *******
I REQUEST EVERYBODY WHO IS GLANCING THROUGH THIS- PL TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO OPT ANY SERVICES FROM TATA EVEN IF IT IS FREE OF COST. THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT BY LOOSING THERE MENTAL PEACE.
What i have written to customer care, who does not even respond to the mails.
We have taken broadband connection in the month of November.The marketing persion as like any other persion promissed to have uptime of 99%. But reality is not even 60% uptime we are receivning.
For any thing CS says the they will REVERT BACK(not resolve) on the problem in 24 hrs(till then just shut your office and go on holiday). Even if after 24 hrs problem persist, they will say that is turn around time and people are still working on the problem. Ask them what is the problem. They will not have any clue about it.
They do not having any efficient system.
Every time they will tell, they will escalate the matter, Ask them what is the escalation matrix they have(They dont have any), and ask them to transfer the call to team lead/ manager they will never do that, some of there team member will come online and tell you he is TL.
What i have written to them
We have been facing lot of problem regarding frequent disconnection and server going down frequently. The total downtime exceeded for the first month is more than 200 hrs due to server down(details was provided by MR. Manish of TATAs ). And also more then 80 hrs because of person not visited to collect the money(as told by customer care).
While asking for the waiver in the rentals they said they can provide waiver only for “NO LINK” problem. They can not provide the waiver for “SERVER DOWN” problem (I THINK THEY DO NOT OWN THE SERVERS).
I further connected to the support team but every now and then there is a problem of disconnection, I connected the people who reported and promised the connection will work fine - Mr. Manis(9243100176) and also Mr. Siriram (66161709) . They said they have a limited/NO power back up on the server, If there is problem with the power, we will have to suffer with this disconnection (REALLY SHAMEFULL in this era of internet when every body will have alternate powersupply).
I really wonder how they can provide any reliable service to the businesses.
As this connection i am using for business purpose, and facing lot of problems, If services will remain like this I will have to look for some alternate to this.

DO NOT USE TATA BROADBAND SERVICES

Hi, i’m new here, an could not possibly agree with u all, especially on the topic of looting their customers is concerned.
The issue is as followed, note to all who r even currently using their broadband connection. I had a simple plan, mad my monthly payments, exceeded my limit once paid an extra 500/- for the extra “mb” downloaded. after that i received a bill worth Rs 35000/- yes u all read right “35000/-for one month.
I filed my complaint an since due to non payment my connection was cancelled. The next month i received a bill of Rs 75000/- which is insane since my connection was stopped a month back prior to receiving the last bill.
Apparently this was due to the fact that “tata indicom says” that i was hit with a virus, which is stupid cause it would have shown up on a system scan on my computer, considering that i deal with the internet (that’s my job - i know what to do).
A word out to everybody, if u have been told that there is no cost on the bill for viewing site’s (basically called an uppload - forget thier lying). My first month bill showed nothing an then i started getting a bill with ridiculous uplaods, which were more than my downloads. So please do be careful. Also it is quite possible for someone to log onto ur account an use ur account for their own satisfaction as my neighbour had the same plan as me, and his account was used while he was away for a week, leading him to receive a bill worth 20,000/-.
All in all, “DO NOT USE TATA BROADBAND SERVICES”

TATA broadband connection is the worst connection

I agree with all you people that TATA broadband connection is the worst connection available in mumbai. The service and the customer support is so poor. You can only get diff. diff. complaint no.s and your complaint will never be solved. and if it gets solved, then they dont give you the time to relax, you will agin have to book the complaint . The engineers are so much trained,they will never solve your problems.i can say that it’s not to the mark of its group “TATA”. So we are forced to make this connection “TATA”. that is bye bye. One advice to ppl that its always good to have bsnl or mtnl connection than to TATA.

Dear Sir / Mam,
Last week TATA INDICOM BROAD BAND representative (Mr. Sanjay Mob. 09968154969) visited
to my house for a bill collection, asking for the money?????????? For which I had never
used or taken / installed any broad band services????????, he claims me that, I am using
the broadband service since one month????????, in fact it was against my application, I
applied for 3-64 unlimited scheme, and immediately, I cancelled because one of mine
friend told me that, Service wise tata is very very bad in these area, (you keep on
calling them no one will turn up for repairing)
Then, I immediately, complained to your customer care, with all these story, Complain no.
1410104 , whether, any wrong person using the services with my name.
Next evening (8:30 PM), I received, a call from Mr. Vikram Jeet Kaushal, tel.
011-66502213), with an apology and an offer that, with best of your services from TATA
and due this misunderstanding, there is a one month additional free offer (3 1=4 months)
scheme offered for me from his BIG BOSS (head office), I just said him OK, I accept it
and what all you are saying you just put it on my e-mail. He kept me waiting for three,
days, no one called me and no mail received.??????????????????? so far.
Then, I applied again with an application no. 0991742, with a cheque Amount RS. 1792.00.
And same day evening, some one came and installed the net, with a faulty (old-used)
Router, I browsed for few hrs. But since last two days it is out of order not working al
all.
Not less than, 100 times, I called to your local Service technician. But no one turned
up?????? So far.
Also, I complained, no. 1498034.
IS THE TATA SO WEAK IN SERVICE NOW???????? AND WHAT ABOUT THE COMMITMENT??????????

Due to abnormal false billing, I had requested TATA TELE SERVICES LIMITED to accept surrendering of connection of my subject telephone on 04.12.2006 by Registered Post and by email to nodal officer.kolkata@tatatel.co.in. But the same was regretted by the nodal officer through replied e-mail on 06.12.2006.
Your intervention at this stage is highly solicited for and a fruitful step in this regard will be highly appreciated so as to remove my present mental and financial harrasment.

Tata Indicom is the lousiest service

Tata Indicom is the lousiest service I have come across. In my frustration, I finally had to surrender the connection. Six months after I surrendered the connection with proper acknowledgement from them, I still received monthly bills. And Bill collectors visited me to check up - I had to show them the surrender documents which luckily I had preserved !
If there are any instrument related problems, The handset has to be sent to Delhi - wherever the customer is located. They dont have a center even in Mumbai! And they refuse to provide temporary replacement sets. Dont know how long they will survive in the market.

sue them for giving a simless connection when asked for a SIM based connection.
