I have never received any sim card or never asked for any connection of tata indicom but i am recieving the bills continuously at mobile number 09212023729 a/c number 208423428.  I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and rectify it asap.

Kindly clsed the a/c as never utilized or apply.

I wrote the application at tata teleservices at alkapuri branch at baroda. But they did not take any acation. I also made call on 121 and told to cancel my postpaid connection, but same they also didnt take any action
