terribel service. complaint lodged. no reply on phone for last 36 hours. called them 7 times. always same reply ‘you will be contacted’. no way to contact the service people in the city.
hey i’m also victim of tata broadband connection. From the day one i got issue..i have to call CS every day or troubleshoot on ur own, they don’t the reason why its down…Its really fustrating and painful..i went for postpaid and amt is already paid for 4months and 45 days t was a package,u guys know how to get refund i’m planning to go for Airtel

in the present day, even government companies provide better service. The blokes are thick skinned and don’t really seem to care about customers. From my experience of dealing with Tata group of companies, things have gone from bad to worse.
